REFUND POLICY

Please read the information below regarding our return policy.

After receiving your order, you can carefully inspect it for 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item was used beyond the time required for inspection, you are responsible for any loss of its value. Upon receipt of the item, we will notify you if there has been a loss of value and whether the refunded amount will be less than the price paid. If we determine that the item can be resold as new, we will fully refund your purchase price. Funds will be returned to you within 14 days of the item being received at our warehouse. Please note: we do not cover the cost of return shipping, import duties, VAT, or import taxes.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong product. This will allow us to assess and resolve the issue. If you wish to return your order, please contact us at info@conwac.com.
